The War Media Activity Equal Employment Opportunity Office responsibility is to prevent and remedy workplace discrimination and promote equal employment opportunities for all. The EEO is committed to creating and sustaining an engaged workforce, providing equal opportunity for all, and helping to foster the vision of delivers modern DoW communication capabilities that support the warfighter, strengthen America’s trust in the military, and deter adversaries. Each of us has a role in upholding especially managers and supervisors play a critical role in preventing and addressing harassment, while all employees are reminded of their duty to not engage in harassing conduct and to report any such conduct promptly if it occurs.
